Welcome to Rihlax. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rihlax platform, operated by IrixSoft. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Rihlax is a transport supplier management platform that provides:
- AI-powered booking extraction from WhatsApp messages
- Booking management and tracking tools
- Driver assignment and communication features
- Automated invoicing and billing
- Real-time operational dashboard
- Mobile application for drivers (coming soon)
Our services are designed for transport suppliers operating in the UAE and surrounding regions.
2. Account Registration
To use Rihlax, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Have authority to bind your company (if registering on behalf of a business)
- Verify your phone number via WhatsApp
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Rihlax, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes related to transport operations
- Provide accurate booking and customer information
- Maintain appropriate licenses and permits for your transport business
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the service
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Not upload malicious code or content
- Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
4. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Rihlax offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans. All plans include a 3-day free trial for new users. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Payment is processed through our payment partner, Polar.sh.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension or account termination.
5. Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to all features of your selected plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
6. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access to paid features will be suspended. You will retain access to view and export your data for 30 days after cancellation.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of extended service outages or documented technical issues that prevented your use of the service.
7. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Rihlax, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of IrixSoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the service. By using Rihlax, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIHLAX AND IRIXSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your data due to your account security failures
- Actions or decisions you make based on information provided by our AI features
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-POWERED FEATURES MAY OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE INACCURATE RESULTS, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND CONFIRMING ALL EXTRACTED DATA.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IrixSoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- We are required to do so by law
- We cease offering the service
Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
